Slash commands

48 commands, by function (the folders of src/commands/). Free text typed without a leading / goes to /assistant. An async command starts a crew and returns a ticket; its result is printed when the crew completes.

The session

Command Kind Description
/assistant async Ask the interactive coding agent to work on a request.
/btw sync Inject a side note into the session context ("by the way…").
/clear sync Clear the conversation buffer and the screen. Also /reset-session.
/compact async Compact the session buffer to free up context; text after it names what the summary must keep; --snip [N] only keeps the head and the last N exchanges.
/copy sync Re-print the last assistant output in full (terminal copy; no OS clipboard).
/exit sync Exit the coding-agent REPL.
/export sync Export the session (conversation + memory + cost) to a markdown file.
/rename sync Set the current session's title.
/resume sync List this project's saved sessions; /resume brings one back in place of this session.
/rewind sync Rewind the session by one exchange (drops the last user turn and what followed).
/summary async Generate an LLM summary of the session (read-only; does not rewrite the buffer).
/tasks async Session task list (add, done, clear), the approvals the background tasks wait on, and the agent instances of the dev crews: list, show, stop, send, repair by a new run.

Settings

Command Kind Description
/advisor async Show, set or disable the advisor model, or run a second opinion on the last answer.
/agents sync List, add, show or remove saved agent configurations (.orkeon/agents.json).
/config sync List, get, set or unset settings over the declared key space (file + session layers).
/effort sync Show or set the session reasoning-effort level (low|medium|high|xhigh|max).
/fast sync Toggle fast mode (drop the advisory prompt blocks for latency).
/hooks sync List, add or remove declarative hooks (pre-tool|post-tool|stop).
/mode sync Cycle, show or set the session-default permission mode of the assistant; /plan toggles plan mode (read-only). Also /plan.
/model sync Show the effective model for the next turn, or switch it without relaunching.
/output-style sync Show or set the session's answer style (consumed by the assistant's prompt).
/permissions sync Show the permission surface; add, remove, list or clear the session's tool rules.
/proactive sync Toggle proactive follow-up suggestions from the assistant.
/skills sync List, attach or detach skill files (workspace markdown playbooks).

Status and usage

Command Kind Description
/context sync Show the current session context: title, model, messages, tokens (by kind when the host reports them), pressure, cache tokens. Also /ctx-viz.
/doctor sync Health check: toolchain, LLM configuration, tool catalogue and VFS mounts.
/release-notes sync Show the release notes for this build.
/status sync Show the session status: model, provider, workspace, context, cost, crews, version, runtime and platform. Also /version, /env, /session, /upgrade.
/usage sync Show token usage against the context window (pressure tier, compaction trigger), calls, tokens, cost and the cache tokens read and written, then the usage by model and by command.

The project

Command Kind Description
/analyze async Analyze the codebase (index → packages → dependency graph), then synthesize business objects; --raw skips the LLM call; --parallel N parses N files at once; --rebuild reindexes from scratch.
/debug-tool-call sync Invoke a registered tool with JSON arguments and print its raw result.
/files sync List the files in a directory (defaults to /workspace).
/init async Analyse the workspace and write AGENTS.md, the instructions file (an existing CLAUDE.md is merged).
/init-verifiers async Detect test tooling and author verification skills for uncovered zones.
/verify async Check the project by running it, following the verification skills /init-verifiers wrote (one zone, or all).

Git and review

Command Kind Description
/branch sync Show the current git branch, or check out the given one (refuses on a dirty tree).
/commit async Draft and create a conventional commit of the changed files or the paths named, the work folder left out unless named (confirms first; --yes skips; --push pushes; --pr opens the pull request).
/diff sync Show the working-tree diff, or the staged diff with --staged.
/review async Run a multi-lens code review on staged changes; --lens correctness|security|style keeps one lens, --passes 1-5 sets this run's rounds. Also /security-review, /passes.

The dev workflow

Command Kind Description
/dev-batches async Run a plan's batches in dependency order (implement, audit, commit each), --concurrency n at once in worktrees, then one PR; F: one batch; F --audit: its audit. Also /dev-implement, /dev-verify.
/dev-learn async Turn gaps that recur across dev batches into proposals (--list: the backlog; --accept/--refuse: decide).
/dev-plan async Plan a settled spec or change brief as batches: plan, one sheet per batch, a read-only review (--replace: plan again).
/dev-spec async Write or revise a business spec, or with a kind (bug, refactor, perf) a change brief proven by running; its open questions one at a time, then a read-only review. Also /dev-change.
/dev-status sync Show where a piece of dev work stands: batches, TDD ticks and last verdict (read-only).

Memory

Command Kind Description
/memory async List, add, delete, or get typed memory entries (user/project/feedback/reference); admit decides the shared memory's candidates (--list, --refuse , --import). Also /feedback, /memory-admit.

Speech

Command Kind Description
/say async Read a text aloud, or the assistant's last answer with no text (speech MCP server); --stop cuts the reading.
/transcribe async Transcribe an audio or video file under /audio (Whisper MCP server); --then runs an instruction on the transcription, --list shows the files.
/voice async Dictate a request: record the microphone until a silence and show the text; /voice send sends it, --go sends at once.
